Key Skills:

• Project Manager with experience implementing Sap Ariba with an end to end global approach
• Strong skills and experience on purchase to pay processes (PR, PO, GR)
• Experience on Procure to pay implementation (including Purchase Requisition management, Sourcing activities and procurement activities)
• Significant experience as Project Manager on Transformation Projects
• Ability to capture, analyse, design, document and deliver processes
• Experience working with Finance and Sourcing Internal Control, Supply Chain and IS&T
• Excellent Communication and organisational skills
• Business fluent in French and English a must

Role Brief:

As part of a planned implementation of SAP we are seeking a Project Manager to clearly formalise and assess process evolution and redesign.

Key Tasks:

• Build at dedicated governance to ensure collaborative working inside the sourcing organization and between stakeholders
• Formalize and assess the AS IS
• Build, detail and formalise TO BE
• Support validation of TO BE: propose a value demonstration with business case and ROI calculation.
• Support the detail scope definition of Sourcing P2P digital transformation project to be started in Oct 2020
