Reporting to the DVC (Resources) & CFO, the Head of Operations will provide support in the development and execution of the strategy for the Resources Group, performance management of the different operating units and delivery of special projects. The Resources Group comprises Finance, IT, Estates & Facilities, Planning & Performance, the University Change Team, and Continuous Improvement. There are several hundred colleagues in the Group, an operating budget in the tens of millions, and a typical annual capital spend in excess of £20 million. The Head of Operations will work across these areas with the Resources Leadership team, and with the wider University Executive Group.
