A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a successful and driven FMCG sales leader to join this very fast-growing organic and health foods client based.

We are looking for someone that comes from a similar foods category to come in and further drive the mutli-channel sales strategy as well as picking up the sales team management responsibilities.

Description

The Senior Sales Manager - Organic & Health Foods will:

  • develop and implement sale strategies and plans
  • drive new business to all channels; mults, export, out of home etc.
  • generate new ideas and bring insights to the senior management team
  • drive new business, drive new listings and all potential opportunities
  • oversee the relationships with Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Morrison's and Tesco - generating new listings with these retailers
  • proactively hunt for new business across all channels
  • determine the KPIs for the sales team
  • train, develop and coach to create a stronger and more capable commercial team
  • develop and improve the sales reporting and forecasting process
  • we are looking for ideally min 3 days per week in the South West London office

Profile

The Senior Sales Manager - Organic & Health Foods will come with:

  • string market knowledge within the relevant categories
  • drive, determination and a will to succeed
  • previous track record of key account (mults) management and business growth
  • hands on attitude and approach
  • results driven
  • ideally knowledge and background working in larger and smaller businesses - i.e. very adaptable to environment
  • full responsibility for P&L, JBP, NPD and budgets
  • very flexible and adaptable approach to their work, a zest for growth though collaboration

Job Offer

Up to £80,000 salary per annum (depending on experience) + negotiable benefits such as car allowance, bonuses etc.
