Portfolio Finance Director

Our exclusive client is a PE backed, technology based business with a blue chip customer base.

Since its creation in 2015 it has successfully grown both organically and by acquisition.

We now wish to appoint a Portfolio Finance Director to be part of the team driving the next stage of the company's development.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Management of a small finance team.
• Investor relations.
• Integration of acquisitions.
• Delivering change management initiatives.
• Management of debt and equity positions.
• Strategic finance.
• Broad support to the CEO and Board.

Appropriate candidates will be fully qualified accountants with previous FD/CFO experience gained in an SME or Early Stage business. You should have previous PE / Debt experience and be comfortable dealing with funders and debt providers.

Previous experience of Technology / Software / Media business will be advantageous but not essential.

The role can be largely home based and the flexible working culture of the business should appeal to most.
