Manningham Housing Association (MHA) has more than a 30-year track record of delivering homes and services to diverse and vibrant communities. 

As a niche housing provider, and one of the largest developing landlords in Bradford, we have nearly 1,400 homes and house over 6,000 residents.  We have more recently returned to our roots and re-established our identity, to be known as the “go to” organisation that is punching above our weight. 

We are now seeking to recruit a new Senior Finance Manager who will report directly to the Director of Finance & Resources, and who will not only be a confidante to the Director but also deputise as and when required. 

Professionally qualified, you will have a track record of working within the housing sector whether that may be current or past and offer strong expertise that can support the finance function.

This is a small organisation and therefore requires special qualities so you will need to be a people-focussed manager with the ability to engage with a small team and give them confidence.
