Head of DevOps, Central London (Remote), £550-£650/day, 6 Months Contract
Job Title: Head of DevOps
Locations: Central London
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £550-£650/day
Start: ASAP
My client has just received a fresh round of funding so are about to massively scale out their platform and Tech Team. As a result they are now looking for a Head of DevOps to help oversee and guide this next period of substantial growth.
Requirements
- Programming language experience in one of the following: PHP, Python, Java, GoLang
- Awareness of infrastructural requirements / networking.
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Demonstrable ability to provide subject matter expertise and guidance to a team of developers / engineers.
- A willingness to consult internally with other stakeholders and discuss business objectives and communicate technical requirements.
- Experience writing technical reference diagrams, process flows.
- Experience with highly regulated / compliancy environments, CIS benchmarks, PCI, PII and GDPR.
- Understanding of Microservice Architecture / Mesh technologies and how they are deployed.
- Experience of scaling out teams
