The South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is a leading healthcare specialist organisation with the CQC's highest rating of Outstanding. Offering both acute and community services across Warwickshire, including Warwick, Stratford and Leamington Spa, the Trust works to a budget of around £310 million and employs around 4,500 staff.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Non-Executive Director to join the team on a part-time basis and enhance the Board. To be eligible, the successful candidate must be a member of the public constituency of the Trust.
- Salary of £13,000 pa
- Travel and subsistence reimbursement
- Work just three/four days per month

As a Non-Executive Director, you will join our Board and help us to make the right decisions for our Trust.
You will support the identification of new business opportunities for the Trust, opportunities for strategic working with key partners in the health and social care sector and the re-establishment of services following the peak of the pandemic.
Central to your work will be the ability to harness new ways of working that will benefit patients and maintain staff safety.

To be considered as a Non-Executive Director, you will need:
- Experience of governance responsibility at board or senior management level in a large and/or complex organisation
- A demonstrable record of achievement in a senior position of responsibility
- Clinical or healthcare experience
