Job title: Non-Exec Committee member - Responsible Gambling

Location: Birmingham

Hours/Pay: 4 hrs p/m £20,000

Non-Exec Committee member is required to join an Online Casino based in Birmingham to join a newly created Compliance Committee to provide guidance and support the Board in the management, control and implementation of all legal and regulatory objectives in areas covering; risk, compliance, and reputational risks facing the company.

Sub-Committees within the company will report into the Compliance Committee, meetings of which will take place monthly (and on an ad hoc basis when required) and the Chairperson will report periodically to the Board with recommendations.

This person will be independent and able to challenge the board to ensure all aspects of gambling regulation, statute and compliance are not only adhered to, but at the forefront of all business operations.

Experience required:

•Responsible Gambling expertise.

•Experience working directly with a board in an advisory role.

•Compliance, Policy and Regulatory experience.
