Our client is a large and well established main contractor that typically covers London and the M25 Corridor. They carry out a diverse range of projects up to £70 million in value, across the education, commercial, retail, Industrial and residential sectors. They are an award winning business and one of the fastest growing throughout the South East.
Due to the award of two key education build projects, valued at around £40 million, they are looking for Project Directors to deliver them. As No.1 on the schemes, your roles and responsibilities will be top effectively deliver the schemes through the project lifecycle, reporting to the Regional Operations Director on all issues. You will manage and direct large project teams, have overall responsibility for ensuring the highest levels of health and safety and quality in line with company targets, as well as ongoing client liaison.
This role would suit an experienced Senior PM/Project Director with the following skills and experience:
- Proven background with well known main contractors having delivered projects of a similar value and nature.
- Be able to present excellent references
- Reside within an hour or the Slough area.
