Trinity College was founded by Henry VIII in 1546, and is one of the largest of the Cambridge Colleges. The College wishes to appoint a strategic, ambitious and highly effective individual to the position of Director of Finance, who will work with the Junior Bursar, Senior Bursar and other professional services leads in the development of the College’s Finance function and capability. The post holder will lead the College’s financial team and drive a high performance culture, and ensure all financial activities and policies align with best practice.

We are seeking candidates who are closely aligned with the ethos and mission of the College and bring significant experience of exceptional financial leadership and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be able to operate with intelligence, have exceptional diplomacy skills, and the ability to deliver results for the College, a leading charity within this sector.
