About the role: 

Our corporate partnerships team is made up of 28 colleagues, from a diverse range of backgrounds, managing partnerships with major companies including Santander, E.ON, Wilko and BMW. In 2019/20 the team raised £5.5m with plans for driving significant growth in following years. Our focus is on securing and developing strategic, long-term full value partnerships with leading UK companies, and specifically where they have a valuable role in supporting people affected by dementia.

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Corporate Partnerships to provide cover while the current post holder goes on maternity leave.

This is a critical post, responsible for leading the Corporate Partnerships team, working closely with the New Partnerships Manager as well as the Senior Account Managers and Senior Strategic Change Manager to ensure momentum in our new business pipeline and a united and seamless corporate approach.

About you: 

To succeed, you will have significant experience of leadership and line management within a large team, able to motivate and inspire your team to meet ambitious targets. You will excel at building relationships in a new business setting and have a proven track record of securing and developing six or seven figure partnerships. You will have experience of strategic planning, developing and monitoring annual plans, income and expenditure budgets. Above all, you will be motivated to use your talent, skills and experience towards achieving greater results for people affected by dementia.
