Here in Sussex, we have two thriving agencies, East and West, each with a great reputation and an established customer base, covering affluent areas that are primed for further expansion.

Opportunity

Operating on a self-employed basis and enjoying shared responsibility with the existing partner for managing the team and growing the existing business across your territory, you’ll be able to build on a ready-made client base, whilst benefiting from the support only a big brand can give.

Territories

East Sussex – Based at our Uckfield agency, you’ll join forces with one of our most consistently successful partners in our network and together drive growth through high net worth clients and key commercial insurance markets.

West Sussex – With openings at our Chichester & Henfield agencies, the current managing partner has huge ambitions for the area, creating a triple partnership operation, the former focusing on growing our rural/agricultural portfolio, with the latter targeting wider commercial enterprises.

Requirements

In all cases, we’re looking for proven sales leaders and business developers, with strong relationship skills and a genuine passion for customer service, who can spot and convert a sales opportunity. Someone who can manage themselves, their team and the business, growing revenues and profit along the way. We are sure you will have definitely done it for someone else, but now is the time to do it for yourself. For the Chichester role, if you also have some knowledge and experience of farming insurance then even better – but either way, don’t let it deter you from applying.

Rest assured, we’ll give you all the tools you need to succeed, whether that’s access to expert support and specialist advice or just high-quality product and systems training. More importantly, you’ll have a partner to act as a mentor, sharing their knowledge of the business, the area and the people, enabling you to quickly find your feet and help ensure the business continues to flourish.

Rewards

Estimated on target earnings for the first year (based on the current renewal income of the agency) are £70,000 and thereafter it will be up to you, with no limit to your future earnings potential, which will be governed by your drive, vision and personal ambition. But equally, the lifestyle and the freedom that goes with being your own boss and running your own business should not be underestimated.
