CFO - Growing international FMCG Health products Manufcturer

Based SW London 

£170K- 200K + Bonus + Bemefits

The Company

The company is an ambitious, innovative £multi-million growing international FMCG health products manufacturer.

They are privately owned, with several global regional offices and a highly successful range of brands. They are seeking a commercial, business partnering CFO. They are continuing to grow organically and potentially by acquisition.

The Position

The CFO reports to the CEO and will be an integral part of the leadership team. This is a broad based commercial CFO position, managing the finance team in the UK and the several global regional offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • with several key senior finance reports, manage and lead the finance team in the UK and overseas regional offices
  • business partner the CEO, liaise and be an integral part of the leadership team across commercial, manufacturing, operations and supply chain.
  • continue to develop the finance reporting, control and management information.
  • management of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting
  • ad hoc projects and finance related business and commercial initiatives.
  • treasury, funding and cashflow management.
  • interaction with supply chain, distribution and manufacturing operations.
  • strategic planning and future potential acquisitions.

The Candidate

This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong calibre CFO to be involved in the journey of an ambitious growing mid size international company should have an FMCG and international markets background. Experience of manufacturing and supply chain is preferable.

You should have a blue chip background, ideally with smaller/mid size company experience. This role will suit a commercial, talented rounded, business partner CFO with strong leadership and management skills. You should be an ambitious team player who develops trust, strong and good relationships across the the company and management team bringing finance to the fore for the development of the business.
