Head of Engineering - Fintech - upto 150K plus bonus and equity

My client has experienced a 50% growth, year on year since 2009 (with 120% growth in the last 2 years) and have now created a bespoke Head of Engineering role.

As the Head of Engineering you will work alongside the COO and Solutions Architect.

The role:

  • People management
  • Tech strategy
  • Decisions/sign-off
  • Resource Requirements
  • Security/Operational Resiliency of systems
  • Risk assessments etc.

Experience:

  • Previous financial industry experience
  • Worked within a regulated environment
  • .NETcore
  • Docker
  • AWS
  • Microservices
