IT Delivery Lead

Experienced Delivery Lead required to join this leading Engineering business who are undergoing significant investment and change to their IT landscape. Reporting to the Programme Director you will shape and deliver large and complex projects within the Group-wide business change portfolio with a focus on IT infrastructure.You'll bring strong expertise in project delivery, have a deep understanding of project management tools and methodologies and will provide guidance and leadership to the team of project managers and analysts to ensure the successful delivery of projects by advising on how overcome obstacles and blockers.

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:

• Strong experience leading technology enabled business change programmes at scale, ideally in IT infrastructure
• Experience leading, developing and coaching teams
• Delivery and results focused, able to cut through ambiguity to get things done
• Qualified in project management tools and methodologies, MSP or Prince 2, APM/PMI
• Excellent communication skills and proven experience managing stakeholders at all levels
• Commercially focused and strong experience producing robust business cases with clear and measurable benefits
