H9 Technical have recently been briefed by a leading FMCG household brand on an Operations Director role to be based in the UK.

The business have multiple sites around the world and are growing year-on-year.

Job Description:

• The Operations Director will be responsible for the day to day running of the facility to include health and safety, manufacturing, quality, warehouse, engineering, supply chain and continuous improvement. You will have full responsibility for operational delivery.
• The Operations Director will ensure on time in full for customers and manage the P&L of the site ensuring labour, material costs and operational activity deliver profitability.

The Successful Applicant

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management with strong commercial and technical exposure, ideally in FMCG manufacturing industry.
• You will possess strong leadership, communication and organisation skills and have held budgetary P&L responsibility.
• The ideal candidate will have a breathe of experience across functions of supply chain. You will be capable of strategic leadership as part of a senior management team whilst being adaptable to work with the site to identify process improvements.
