£100m residential led Mixed use scheme

An excellent career opportunity for a Senior Project Manager/ Project Director to work client side for a Property Developer to be responsible for the delivery of a £100m Residential, mixed use scheme in Central London. The scheme has full planning consent and is due commence on site in 2020.

We are looking for a Project Delivery focused and Project Management professional who can lead both the professional team, and oversee the performance of the delivery of the project and Main Contractor; whilst overseeing planning and development obligations with key stakeholders of the scheme.

Candidates would have operated either for a Project management Consultancy at Senior Project Manager/Project Director level or have experience working for a Client side Property Developer in a similar Development Project Manager/Project Director role. You will have significant Residential development experience in Central London. Be able to demonstrate successful delivery of residential apartment schemes.
