My client, an NHS organisation in the South West are currently recruiting for an interim Head of Nursing. The role is offered on a full time basis, IR35 TBC, with limited flexible working. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience at a senior level, within nursing, a current NMC registration and demonstrable background of line/budget management responsibility.

Key Skills/Experience

• Demonstrable background in senior nurse lead role within the NHS
• A background in leading across numerous service specialisms
• Demonstrable operational management experience within the NHS
• Acute provider/Mental health experience is desirable for this post
• Key and clinical stakeholder engagement skills, particularly the ability to liaise at executive level
• Line and budget management experience
• Current NMC registration (RMN or RGN)
