As one of the largest infrastructure providers in the UK our client has an ongoing multiplicity of complex projects that are managed and delivered throughout the UK via a mix of direct, contracting and agency labour force. About to embark on a transformational restructure our client is looking for someone who has the following skills and experiences:
- Sector background in construction, civil engineering, or large scale capital infrastructure projects
- Leading large teams (over 1000+) to deliver projects with a combined CAPEX value of £1bn +
- Experience of delivering multiplicity of projects and handing over / commissioning into live operations
- A focus on safety, governance & compliance, budgeting, process and meeting strict timescales.
- An effective communicator and stakeholder manager within the business and wider supply chain community.
- Previous experience of leading a large scale restructure, merger, divestment, decommissioning or decentralisation programme
