Job Details
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction products. Due to organic profitable growth and a recent expansion strategy the wish to grow their senior management team.
The Role:
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for assembly, quality and operational delivery for the business.
- Will lead the operational team to deliver the set goals and objectives on time and to budget whilst managing the commercial risk exposure.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Ideally degree educated, will lead the business in all aspects of operational delivery with a brief to achieve repeat business through a best in class service.
- You will possess the necessary leadership skills to manage a multi-skilled workforce and enjoy the challenge of meeting set goals and objectives.
