Wycombe Abbey is a world-class school operating at the cutting edge of educational excellence.  With its distinctive heritage, magnificent 170-acre campus and impressive resources, the School provides an outstanding education for over 630 girls aged 11-18.

Following a period of successful growth including expansion overseas, the School is now looking to recruit a high calibre Bursar to support the Headmistress and Governors in the implementation of the School’s ambitious vision and strategy. As a vital member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Bursar will develop and drive the infrastructure and commercial strategy through the effective management and delivery of support services. The Bursar will have oversight of the day-to-day support operations with responsibility for functions which include Finance, Estates, Facilities, HR, Health and Safety, Catering, IT and Domestic Services, and the School’s commercial activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing finance, people and resources in a large and complex setting and be able to deliver change through outstanding leadership and effective collaboration.
