Description

Opportunity to join this leading Bristol organisation in a newly created role as CRM Insight & Analytics Lead. This a rapidly growing team of data specialists with a focus on using data and insights effectively to drive an outstanding personalised client experience. Collaborating across marketing, data science & insight teams, you will help to inform and influence the group communication strategy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing a team of 4-5 marketing insight analysts responsible for executing our targeted marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Coordinating and refining our marketing schedule through collaborating with our campaign managers
  • Drive the intelligent use of data in creating a consistent and personalised client experience across multiple channels
  • Champion the technology requirements for marketing and developing our marketing automation capability
  • Develop our collective understanding of our clients and how we can intelligently communicate to them through collaborating across marketing, proposition & data
  • Managing post campaign analytics and reporting back to key business stakeholders and leading the ongoing campaign optimisation
  • Develop potential audiences, segments & predictive models in collaboration with our data scientists
  • Establish the data driven rules of engagement for marketing, how often should we contact our clients and why.
