Communicate are leading up an early search for a UK Chief Financial Officer, for a multi-national food and beverage manufacturer in Manchester.
My client is a multi-division global manufacturer that operates in over 60 countries worldwide. Turning over an excess of £300m in the UK office alone, they are looking for a Divisional Chief Financial Officer to sit above the FD and lead up the UK office.
They are in need of a candidate who is experienced in operating at senior level, with prior exposure to leaving divisions of c.£300m. Food manufacturing/FMCG experience is a must and exposure to other functions within the business (including Operations) would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate would have had exposure to visiting manufacturing sites and an extensive operational understanding.
This is an early search for our client, so you will be looking to start in a minimum of 3 months’ time. This will suit someone not active in their search, but open to the idea of change in the new year. The role reports into a Group CFO, but will very much feel like the #1 role in finance.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
- ACA (ideally big 4) / CIMA qualified
- Experience of leading up divisions with a turnover of c.£300m
- Substantial knowledge within the FMCG space
- Proven track record of operating successfully at the senior level
