Job Details

My client, a provider of social housing in London is looking for a highly people orientated individual to take leadership of the business partnering team of three. They will be expected to make an impact immediately, hence solid housing finance experience is a necessary requirement. They will be naturally energised by developing collaborative and successful relationships with their internal customers, who will be the management and executive team.

The will be expected to lead by example and are required to do deliver the following:

  • Provide strong leadership for the business partnering team enabling staff engagement and ultimately effective financial monitoring and planning across the business
  • Ensure significant improvement in accuracy of the month end management accounts
  • Prepare long term financial plans that ensure the commercial viability of the business
  • You will provide business partnering support to Executive Leadership team and Heads of service that ensures they have the right management information to support effective decision making, to exercise effective financial control and to deliver an efficient business.

 

This individual is preferably fully qualified, and if they haven't specifically lead a Business Partnering team previously, they may have held one of the following posts: Head of Management Accounts, Head of Reporting or Financial Controller.

Please note, housing experience is necessary.
