Our client is large global FMCG/consumer business with an omni channel model that includes both wholesale and retail divisions.
They are currently seeking a Group CFO for an initial 12 month contract to act as a true business partner to the CEO whilst also leading the Finance function. There is also a broader remit to cover other operational areas of the business.
Ideally you will have the following experience:
- Have held Group CFO roles in businesses of over £ 0.5 Bn turnover in a listed environment
- Sector experience ideally from FMCG background, or alternatively Retail or other Consumer
- Track record of success in driving growth in low margin, highly competitive markets
- Capable of operating at pace, in a fluid environment
- Able to own and drive transformation agenda across Finance
- Display strong interpersonal and communicative skills]
Immediate or near immediate availability is a prerequisite.
