Stanton House have been engaged to appoint a number of critical Finance Transformation professionals on another large-scale Finance Transformation programme. We are the trusted partner to this exciting organisation as they go through an ERP & SSC implementation.

Specific to the SSC implementation, we require an experienced O2C Project Lead, initially for a 6-month period. You will need to be geographically mobile to deliver in this role.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

  • You will be an expert in O2C and experienced in leading the O2C workstream on SSC implementation.
  • Highly experienced in financial operations.
  • Demonstrable experience in Finance Transformation Programmes focused on SSC build.
  • Extremely credible, possess strong interpersonal and a non-confrontational style to work with stakeholders at various levels to drive positive change.

A little more information about the Finance Transition Project Manager position:

  • Working with the Programme Director, you will lead the design & implementation of best practice within O2C, ensure day one readiness within O2C.
  • You will work with the Finance Transition Project Manager regarding knowledge acquisition on the O2C workstream, albeit you won't be accountable for the transition, you will be a key stakeholder for the Finance Transition Project Manager and they may lean on you for expertise.
  • Start the 'Continuous Improvement' culture within the O2C community and set up ways of working.
  • Manage the complications in relation to systems & processes for O2C, implement 'quick win' process improvement as well as add to strategic projects to create best in class within O2C.
