Stanton House have been engaged to appoint a number of critical Finance Transformation professionals on another large-scale Finance Transformation programme. We are the trusted partner to this exciting organisation as they go through an ERP & SSC implementation.

Specific to the SSC implementation, we require an experienced Finance Transition Project Manager, initially for a 6-month period. You will need to be geographically mobile to deliver in this role.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

  • You will have led numerous transitions of finance activities across O2C, P2P & R2R into a SSC.
  • Deep understanding of finance processes and be an SSC expert through & through with an excellent understanding of what good looks like in SSC
  • Demonstrable experience in Finance Transformation Programmes focused on SSC build
  • Extremely credible, possess strong interpersonal and a non-confrontational style to work with stakeholders at various levels to drive positive change

A little more information about the Finance Transition Project Manager position:

  • You will lead the planning of the transition, ensuring it is as seamless as possible and that the methodology/process you utilise, can be documented & repeated.
  • Accountable for working with the SSC Lead to ensure that transition waves align with resourcing roadmaps
  • You will need to utilise internal resource as well as bring in specialist skillsets required to deliver the transition part of the SSC implementation to agreed timescales & budget.
  • Ensure all knowledge acquisition is effectively done to prevent there being any fallout from a knowledge, process or data perspective
  • You will be required to bridge the project team & BAU team to ensure post-transition readiness and stabilisation.
