I am currently working with a financial services organisation who are currently going through a huge amount of change within their cloud capabilities.
They are looking for a Head of Cloud & DevOps with experience of managing large portfolios within a DevOps way of working.

Essential Skills/Experience Required:

• Experience in Technology Product Delivery Roles.
• Experience in delivering Cloud Migration Programs.
• Experience in transitioning waterfall organizations into a DevOps/Agile development organization.
• Experience implementing DevOps tools, automation, and CI/CD pipeline.
• Supporting and leading transformational change within Program Delivery team.

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• End-to-End Ownership of your Portfolio of IT Programmes.
• Define & manage overall IT portfolio roadmap; ensure alignment of delivery plans & dependencies.
• Definition and implementation of IT program structure.
• Clear Communication of portfolio-level reporting to C-Suite's.
• Identification of dependencies from/to other key initiatives and management of these dependencies.
• Support process improvement and service excellence in helping to build a leading change delivery function.
• Engage in external processes and delivery frameworks to represent Technology and the portfolio.
• Ensure clarity on scope and priority of deliverables within the program.
• Manage project financials and demonstrate that outcomes are aligned to the business priorities.
