Job Details

A Central London based Members Organisation are building out their operations team and consequently hiring a General Manager to join their team.

Reporting into the company board, roles include:

  • Streamlining and updating the companies systems and processes, automating where possible
  • Increasing overall member satisfaction, measured by the annual NPS score
  • Organising annual events for its members
  • Implementing and overseeing better planning and costs management for all events and trips

Applicants must have experience:

Hiring, developing and managing a team

  • Experience in scaling an organisation
  • Being an organised multi-tasker with great attention-to-detail
  • Experience running events
  • Having a passion for helping others

Preferable:

  • Experience within the entrepreneur space
  • Knowledge of the Tech sector
