We are working closely with one of the most renowned developers in London to appoint a Project Director to join their delivery team.
This opportunity will give the successful candidate to work in a boutique developer managing and delivering iconic, legacy projects that are changing the London skyline.
Description of the Role
Reporting into the Construction Director, the successful candidates will lead on the delivery of a new build, mixed-use regeneration project in Central London.
Responsibilities will include:
- Full stake holder interaction and management;
- Ensuring the project stays on time and within budget;
- Full compliance with all policies, legislation, regulations and procedures;
- Enabling works through key decision making;
- Managing projects through RIBA Plan of Works 1-6.
Person Specification
To achieve success in the role, successful candidates must meet the following pre-requisites:
- Relevant PQE;
- Experience in new build, heavy refurbishment, mixed-use and regeneration projects;
- Full knowledge and understanding of all stages of the development plan process;
- Clear evidence of relevant professional qualifications and results to date - MCIOB or equivalent Chartered status (desirable);
- Full understanding and experience of design management;
- Track record of delivering or advising on complex construction and development works.
Remuneration
- Basic: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- + Discretionary Bonus.
