The role
My client, a global manufacturing business, is seeking an Interim Resourcing Manager based in Germany.
The responsibilities
Working as a Business Partner to the organisation you will work with the Senior Leadership Team to scope and develop their external hiring plan.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- An experienced recruiter within a large, complex, global organisation.
- End to end live cycle of large recruitment programmes
- Experience of working with and managing third party relationships
- Have the ability to navigate and influence internal relationships
- It is essential that this person can speak fluent German and have an understanding of German employment legislation.
