Have you worked in a private equity backed business before? Have you gone through a sale process? Have you worked in either the restaurant / multi-site / retail / leisure / hospitality space previously? Have you thoroughly enjoyed the pressures of having debt and covenants and being in a leveraged environment? Then this is the job for you.
You will be helping a restaurant business improve processes, controls, reporting and systems, as well as being a true business partner to the CEO and private equity house to drive the business to exit. You will also be working on the commercial agreement's negotiation.
