The Opportunity

This leading global financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf are seeking a strategic Head of Development to join the team.

The Role

Working directly with the Senior Leadership Team to define and drive the Talent Development strategy and agenda across an employee group of over 20,000 globally.

This is a diverse, global role which will offer a great platform to make a real impact within a changing environment; shaping the talent agenda with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion, emerging talent and cross-functional career paths.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Solid experience within Talent Development, derived from a Fintech, Technology, Banking or Consultancy organisation
  • You will have a true passion for innovative Learning and Talent Management with respect to emerging capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at the Senior Leadership level
  • Strong business acumen, and experience to diagnose and define organisational development needs.
