Director of Risk and Compliance - Payments

Responsibilities:

• Design compliance and AML policies from scratch that are scalable and utilise automation
• Partner with Product and Tech to ensure all products are built compliant out the box
• Design and implement a Monitoring Programme that is risk focused and tackles AML, Fraud, Operational Risk, Compliance, etc.
• Undertake the MLRO responsibilities
• Start to build a small and nimble team

Essential Experience:

• Significant experience at a senior level in compliance, financial crime or risk.
• Extensive experience in the financial services, with a preference for payments.
• Experience designing policies and frameworks

Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
