Description
The Account Director will be responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within a defined portfolio. In this case that portfolio will cover organisations in the UK and Germany, in both English and German. This will be measured by achieving assigned sales quotas and goals set in conjunction with your line manager. Business will be generated through prospecting, responding to RFPs and developing proposals for presentation to customers. Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
Profile
Candidates applying for the Account Director role must be able to speak fluent English and German to a professional business level. Ideally they would also come from a software sales background, comfortable with selling enterprise level solutions. However, if a candidate can prove base level experience in managing enterprise level deals in other industries and has the language skills, it may be worth a conversation. For the right candidate the base salary will be £70,000 to £80,000 with a significant bonus opportunity and benefits package on top.
