Description

You will drive the team to identify and support the global standards and strategy of the end to end SHES from systems, tools, process to guidance. You will take ownership for setting up and communicating the frameworks to ensure functional excellence and continuous improvement across the regions within both the corporate assurance program and the business wide SHES targets.

You will take responsibility for 7 facilities globally on a strategic and hands on basis assessing of material SHES risks. You will drive adherence to the standards and consolidate information to report to the board and stakeholder group internally and relevant external parties. You will take a keen interest in emerging issues as well as pro-actively identifying future concerns and implementing mitigating factors.

The business' environmental and sustainability strategy resides with you to drive forward monitoring and managing trends and ensuring consistency across the group.

Profile

You will be the face of SHES externally engaging with industry associations as well as running investigations internally on any major incidents, identifying learnings and executing training or mitigation for future.

You will have a proven track record of working in a multi-site environment within an industrial sector.

There will be approximately 50% international travel.
