The Digital Director will lead the development of new solutions to offer their clients digital learning capabilities.

Complete commercial responsibility for the range of digital products.

Client Details

The company are a fast-growth, entrepreneurial, forward thinking Management Consultancy who are relocating their business from Bristol to Reading.

The company is ambitious, and keen to maintain it's market leading position. Although small in size, their clients are a range of global brands, who are keen to work in close and trusted partnership with them.

Description

The Digital Director will be responsible for constantly evolving the digital offering that the business are able to provide their clients. He/she will also influence the culture shift to integrate digital thinking into the way that the business operates.

The Digital Director will develop longer term plans for learning technologies, map the market for scalable, relevant learning solutions, evaluate these against emerging client requirements and develop the Management Consultancy learning portfolio.

There will be full commercial responsibility for the profitability of the digital product suite, as well as the need to prepare investment proposals for business decisions.

The Digital Director will be accountable for the operations and deployment of all learning technologies in the Consultancy, and will act as a specialist spokesman for learning technology across the business.

Profile

Candidates must have recent experience of working for a Management Consultancy, and be in a Digital Director (or similar) leadership role. As this is a board position, this is a pre-requisite.

Practical knowledge and experience of the learning technologies market, and an up to date understanding of trends and longer term challenges in learning technology is essential. Equally, commercial acumen and an understanding of subscription and licensing revenue generation models is required.

All applications need to be received by applying to this advert, and I'm afraid that I'll only be able to respond to those who closely match the brief.

Job Offer

A generous six figure base salary, with a board level pension, medical and bonus package.
