ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR Mechanical - LONDON M&E BUILDING SERVICES LEAD

An established and award-winning property consultant offering a huge range of services to the property and construction sector are looking for a leader to join them and take charge of the London M&E Building Services offering.

The Company

They are a recognised industry brand who offer a range of services to their client who include developers, end users and agents who are looking to develop an asset, manage an asset, or even re-engineer their asset. For an employee, you can expect a fully independent team which is not lead or subject to the approval or success of other service offerings. The Role

There currently is a very small team of M&E Building Services Engineering consultants in London. The bulk of the team including the directors are based on in regional offices. They therefore are looking for an experienced consultant who can take lead of the current team in London and look to grow the team. You will ideally be driven by challenge and success with a long-term vision.

This role would ideally suit you if you are currently operating at Associate, AD or Director level.
