Base Salary: £60k Base Salary

Our client is a national construction and services company with a significant presence in M&E/HVAC sectors. Due to the award of several new contracts they would now like to appoint a New Project Manager for their Northern Region to help deliver said contracts.
The Role:
- Will report to the Operations Director for the Region and liaise closely with the client to ensure expectations are managed and KPI’s are met.
- Will manage a dedicated delivery team to deliver the contract across a given a region.
The Person:
- Will be an experienced Project Manager working in the UK M&E/HVAC/Built Environment sectors.
- Have an ability to deliver difficult contracts/projects and keen to move to a directors role with a short period of time.
