Job Details
Our client is a growing provider of Hard FM and HVAC services to a wide range of blue chip clients across the South of the UK. Due to a combination of new contract awards and the implementation of a scheduled succession plan they would now like to appoint a new head for this developing business unit.
The Role:
- Will report to the Managing Director and have full P&L responsibility for the business unit.
- Will manage several direct reports and liaise closely with the current client base and have a particular focus on organic growth.
The Person:
- Will ideally have a background in Hard FM/HVAC services in the UK and experience of running a profitable P&L.
- You will be Commercially astute and appreciate the nuances required in contract negotiation.
