Chief Financial Officer

This highly diverse organisation is seeking to appoint a commercial finance leader, with the experience to ensure the business remains at the forefront of its market, whilst expanding its proposition internationally in a sustainable fashion.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will ensure the financial and strategic integrity of the organisation through the enhancement of business planning, financial control, reporting and effective risk management to maximise opportunities for growth. You will provide line management for the finance and procurement functions with a keen focus on capital programmes, cash flow and the analysis of business data to maintain financial prudence and drive efficiencies.

You will be a qualified, commercially focused leader with a wealth of strategic experience, ideally gained within a highly complex, multi-stakeholder environment. With strong technical knowledge, you will have excellent analytical and planning skills and be fully conversant with best practice in terms of risk management and continuous improvement across finance. You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation to solve complex strategic challenges through deliverable and workable business solutions.
