Job Details
We are supporting one of the UK’s most highly regarded specialist teaching hospitals in the search for a new Trust Secretary. Based in Liverpool, the Trust is a leading, specialist organisation that is renowned for its care and services. Is prides itself on having a stable and effective Board and Executive team who have worked to ensure that the Trust is rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.
The new Trust Secretary will ensure continued high levels of corporate governance and assurance, and help support the Trust through the changing landscape of the NHS in Merseyside. The successful candidates will work closely with the Chair and the CEO, and will be an integral member of the executive leadership team.
The successful candidate will have an advanced knowledge of corporate governance and a proven ability to understand and advise on legislation and legal frameworks. They will also understand public sector values and ethos.
