Having come out of a tough market they are now heavily investing in the future with a new management team, new MRP and new positions in the business to secure their future. They are going through a transformation project across the end to end business and need a production expert to drive change across the shop floor.

Description

You will have a proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements both process and continuous improvements. The business are looking to make a step change to allow them to maximise their order book and take themselves forward.

You will be a proven Production Manager with a track record of assessing the situation, identifying opportunities and implementing improvements. You will be used to taking ownership, making independent decisions and engaging with the workforce to ensure success as well as mentoring and supporting your team members to drive their personal development.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and driving improvements across the end to end operation. You will be used to engaging the team and working with them to embrace the changes ensuring success for the project.
