Finance Director UK & I
Our client is a phenomenal success story and has a clearly defined, ambitious plan to continue the double-digit year on year growth. As a result, an organisational restructure is being implemented which has created a new role of Finance Director for the UK and Ireland operations.
Reporting to the CFO and supporting the Exec Board, you will lead and develop the UK and Ireland Finance team to provide first class reporting and operational control. Bringing effective leadership skills, you will guide a high performing team to drive performance through the operating business units. This is a standout opportunity for a commercial Finance Director to join an established, yet evolving team to continue along core values of best practice and operational excellence.
As a senior leader in the business and director of a number of companies in the Group, you will enjoy working with a broad set of stakeholders and peers and enjoy contributing to the overall development of the business. As well as requiring technical robustness, this is a highly commercial role to proactively and effectively challenge performance and to assist the operations management team in continuous improvement of financial performance. The position is key in ensuring the smooth and accurate running of financial systems and routines therefore you will be expected to have an eye for accuracy and consistency, building strong processes to ensure that information is error free.

Suitable candidates will be qualified accountants and have operated at a senior level within a dynamic, fast changing business. where priorities rapidly change, designing and delivering understandable insight from large datasets.
You should have demonstrable experience of delivering multiple project streams requiring prioritisation and resource allocation and Improvement of processes and systems delivering enhanced performance more efficiently.
