  • Are you a Marketing and Sales business leader within the Beauty sector?
  • Do you have deep expertise in China’s e-commerce and digital ecosystem?

Our client, an international beauty brand with a presence in more than 80 countries, is looking to recruit a VP Sales/Marketing in China. You will be responsible for leading commercial operations in the country (including running a joint venture). You will lead the development of e-commerce platforms so a deep understanding of China’s unique digital ecosystem, along with KOLs and influencers, is essential.

A demonstrable record of driving strategy to execution within the premium consumer goods sector is required, along with a strong sense of Western brands and brand equity. Experience within the professional channel is an advantage and you will be well-versed in portfolio development and pricing strategy. You will have experience of working with and managing distributors.

You must have strong experience of building and developing teams, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. This role is based in Shanghai and you must be fluent in English and Mandarin (Korean is also an advantage).
