Job Details
Our client, a very exciting, Fast Growth Consumer Goods business, is looking for a Group Operations Director.
Working with the Group CEO and CFO at head office level, the Group Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities across the multiple business units that make up the Group.
The successful candidate will be someone who in their earlier career has had hands-on experience of running a manufacturing site but who has now advanced to a senior level where they are managing multiple sites and have multiple BU Operations Directors reporting into them.
Applicants must be comfortable working at Exec level and be able to clearly articulate how operational issues speak to the P&L and also impact on commercial elements.
This role can be base in either the UK or Ireland, but if UK based the successful candidate will need to be willing to travel on a regular basis.
