£85,000-£110,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

I'm working with a highly well-established environmental consultancy firm. This firm work globally across over forty countries and have a turnover of around £900 million. They are looking to recruit a Finance and Operations Director for their Central London head office.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Responsibility for setting strategic and tactical goals.
• Influencing strategy and business decisions using financial and non-financial interpretation of data.
• Management of cash flow.
• The development of strong business relationships with senior stakeholders.
• The line management of four finance team members.
• Responsibility for the ownership of the rolling forecast process.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with demonstrated experience in making the transition from financial expert to business partner. Ideally this individual will have had some exposure to taxation issues and will have managed multiple direct reports.
