Operations Director - Yorkshire - Major Food Manufacturer

A leading British Food Group who manufacturer a range of products are looking for an experienced Operations Director to join their Senior Level Management team.

This is a very exciting opportunity to be a crucial part of a hugely successful company that is growing year on year with over 10 sites across the UK.

Due to such growth and entering new channels/markets they require an experienced Operations Director to lead their flagship their Yorkshire site.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for ensuring that operations team meets the needs of the business in an efficient and effective manner in line with TBF Values and Strategy.
• You will have a proven track record in increasing the efficiency of a manufacturing company.
• Solid track record in increasing site performance through delivering OPEX projects.
• Drive, energy, enthusiasm and a desire for success.

This will be a great opportunity for someone to improve best practices and implement new processes and procedures.

You can expect to receive a salary of ??70,000 - ??90,000 depending on experience.
