Finatal are exclusively partnering with a leading mid-market private equity house that requires a hands-on Integration Director to assist with professional services portfolio company that is executing a buy-and-build strategy. The company is the leading mid-market operator in its field and has completed two acquisitions since it went through a secondary buy-out earlier this year, including one in the US. A significant number of bolt-ons are in the pipeline will be executed during this role and will subsequently need to be integrated.

Reporting directly into the CFO and the private equity house, you will be hands-on, can simultaneously manage various work streams (including HR, Legal, IT etc.), and ideally worked within an acquisitive company or have significant integration experience.
