Working directly for the Finance Director, you will head up the Management accounting function for this fast past, high growth business, taking ownership for a team of people, and driving through the right kind of change and substance as this truly unique brand grow from an Oak Tree, to a Forrest.

This business will double in size, both in terms of turnover and physical growth over the next 5 years, so we are looking for someone who wants to jump on this journey. In terms of background, we are open - you could be coming from a career in industry where you can demonstrate you have had a linear career or perhaps you have a practice footprint with a move into industry now looking to build upon your skills as you one day will progress upwards.

Along side the daily management of the day to day management accounts function, you will consistently manage process improvements within the department, review all of the UK management accounts, take ownership of the monthly group pack reporting, sales bonus provisions, monthly group finance payments, control reconciliations for multiple entities, annual capital review and many ad-hoc projects.
